Refund Policy

We aim to make sure all sales and commissions are handled with complete transparency, and we hope you will be very happy with your purchase.  Ahead of buying, please make sure you read all the details on each individual product page and view artwork on multiple screens if colour variation is a concern.

We do our best to capture the true colours of each piece in the photographs on this site, however, colours may vary slightly from the monitor or device you are viewing the image on. If you have any questions or would like to see more images, or a video of a piece before purchasing, we would be happy to provide these for peace of mind before you commit. Please email us at lucidcuriosityart@gmail.com stating the name of the artwork you are interested in.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at lucidcuriosityart@gmail.comIf your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back.

Please note commissioned paintings are non-refundable. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damage

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at lucidcuriosityart@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
